Abstract Glioblastoma (GBM) is a malignant brain tumor with poor prognosis that easily recurs. The antiangiogenic agent bevacizumab used to treat recurrent GBM. This work applies hypoxia response element (HRE) promoter ribosome affinity purification (TRAP) system for hypoxia‐specific profiling analysis.
